- the Early Bird deadline is April 30 and cannot be changed under any circumstances
- Capacity is limited to 80 participants + 10 accompanying persons.
- In view of the high level of congress activity in Montpellier during this period, we strongly recommend that you book your hotel as soon as possible.
- PLEASE NOTE: the conference will take place at the University of Montpellier Site TRIOLET, Place Eugène Bataillon – MONTPELLIER.

- Doctoral Student Rate (Full participation) – 350 €
- Doctoral Student Rate (conference only, excluding evening events) – 150 €
- Accompanying person rate (spouse/partner) – 220 €
- Doctoral Student Rate (presenting a paper) – 0€
